Kidnapper Share Semi-nude photo of two female students requesting ransom for their release in Port Harcourt

According to the social media user referred to as Uche Osefo, two female students were stripped by their Kidnappers in Port Harcourt to claim 500k ransom each.

Uche, who shared the picture on Facebook, revealed that he received it from the Oko WhatsApp Group of the Electrical Engineering Department of the Polytechnic College. The two girls are reportedly from the Polytechnic Oko and Anambra State University.
